For an appointment, please contact us.
We encourage all our patients to call us in advance to schedule an appointment with our physicians. In an inevitable situation we will try to accommodate you without an appointment. We are here to take care of your orthopaedic problems and we will do our best to accommodate all your reasonable needs.
Appointment times are available five days a week; however certain physicians may only be available on specific days and times.
In order for us to serve you in timely manner, we encourage you to complete all your paper work before coming to our office. In addition, please bring a copy of your current insurance card and driver license to your appointment for our records. If you have any old and or recent X-rays, MRI or any other related clinical results, please bring them with you for our physicians to review.
Sometimes surgeries take longer than anticipated, emergencies do occur, hence delays are inevitable. When these situations arise, we request your patience with us as we do everything we can to make you feel more comfortable. We always make sincere attempts to adhere to our clinic schedule; however, if we know a delay is inevitable we will try to contact you. In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call us and notify us as soon as possible. This will enable us to contact patients who are on the waiting list for their appointments.
We want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
